About the Role

Do you love service and are looking for a fun part-time job? We are looking for a flexible star to join our team!

In this role as a receptionist, you will be part of developing a service mission in one of Gothenburg's most popular shopping centers!

Frölunda Torg inaugurated its beautiful information desk in 2022, where you, as a receptionist, are an integral part of the shopping experience for visitors and a natural point of contact for employees in the center. Together with your colleague, you will be the face of the shopping center, which requires good communication skills, attentiveness, and a positive attitude. We offer a highly varied and independent job in a pleasant environment with cheerful and service-oriented colleagues. The tasks are diverse and include, among other things, directing visitors, answering questions, selling gift cards, communicating with suppliers and center management, and handling other customer inquiries.

Who are you? We know you are a true service star who thrives on personal interaction and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented, always staying one step ahead. You are flexible, unpretentious, and can work both independently and as part of a team. We look for someone who is energetic, driven, ambitious, and enjoys bringing new ideas to the table. You have previous experience in service roles, are proficient in the Office package, and speak fluent Swedish and English.

The Employment
Employment type: Hourly contract.
Employment level: Extra as needed. You may also be called in at short notice on the same day or during planned absences. You can search for available shifts and enter your availability in our scheduling app.
Start: Immediate.
Working hours: Varied during the center's opening hours (weekdays: 10:00-20:00, Saturdays: 10:00-18:00, and Sundays: 11:00-17:00).
